As a 1st time buyer from your company i find your service rather appauling.. I received an sms on the 28/11/2013 advising that due to no stock availability my order had been cancelled. I tried to call your company to confirm this and to see if there was anything else i could get but with no luck. Filled in a call back request form on your website but no one called me back. To my surprise on the 30th/11/2013 my bank account was debited for an amount of R538.92 for an order that was already cancelled by them. I called in immediately to get my refund and was told the money doesnt reflect yet on their side and I should call back in 48hrs, which i did call back last week tuesday the 3rd and was advised it takes 7 days for the money to reflect. I work in a customer care department and process refunds daily. I know it only takes 72 hrs for the money to reflect if the refund is processed, but i remained patient and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today its the 10th, 7 days later and i still dont have my money, which indicates that this refund was not processed like they said it was. Its and will report you to the NCR if i dont get my money today!!!
