Voucher in credit form!!!

Hi Good day

i recently bought a groupon voucher for Rapid Studio Voucher. I tried to install the soft ware in order to use the voucher but it wouldnt download properly. So whats the point of having the stupid voucher. So i request a refund, they then have the nerve to email me stating that i have been credited on my Groupon account!!! i dont want a credit i want my money back as i will never use groupon again!!! i didnt pay you in credit so why must i get credited??!!!
No where on your website does it mention that refunds will be credited, had i known this i would never have bought this!!!
