I'm really disappointed with Groupon service. I have been requesting refund on my groupon credit which i was advised that when you request the credit it become available to use immediately. I didn't want the cash refund since i was advise that the process takes few days. To my surprise the credit actually took more days i would ve requested the cashy refund rather. I'm still waiting for the following voucher to be credited so that i can be able to purchase another one.
