Still waiting for delivery! 1 month late!

I ordered my childs Christmas present (the Leap pad) at the end of November, confident that it would arrive in time to put under the tree as it had a two week delivery time. Once two weeks had elapsed I phoned them and they said it was due to go out and I would have it before Christmas. Another week passed and I phoned. It was due to arrive the Friday before Christmas and they said I would get it that afternoon, nothing. Phoned again Monday and they said I would get it by the end of the day. Phoned again Tuesday (Chrismas eve) lunchtime to be told that there is a problem with this item and I wouldn't be getting it before Christmas and I could cancel and go buy one! Liivid! Natalie the manager said she would phone me back with an update and never did. I phoned back yesterday and they said I would phone back with an update and never did. Apparently I wil receive it today. We'll see! Any savings I have made have been a complete waste as I have spent hours on the phone to Cape Town trying to sort it out. They have not delivered on their promises and there customer care is shocking! You would think they would update you if an item is not going to be delivered according to the voucher!
