On the 28 February 2013, I purchased the Central Country Lodge, three course meal and a bottle of wine deal. I bought 3 vouchers for 18 people, since it was for my sister's birthday. I made sure i paid the correct amount and inserted the correct ref number. After 3 days, i sent an e-mail to enquire why i have not received the voucher, i got a reply that it will be sent in 7 days. After the stated time, i checked my orders under my account, got a message that the payment has been refused.

I sent a follow up e-mail, got a reply that I will get a refund, even though i clearly stated that i needed a voucher not a refund.i then requested for the amount to be credited in my account so i can re-purchase the deal since it's still active. I got no respond.

I'm really disappointed because i have already sent invitations for the lunch and i have not received my voucher. I have no idea why Groupon ill-treat their loyal supporters.
