No voucher recieved 3 weeks after expiry date!

On 18 January 2013 I bought a Groupon voucher for a coffee table to be ordered online. My payment was made and I received a "Purchase confirmed" email. It stated that I will receive my voucher as soon as the deal closed. The day before the deal expired I called the call centre to say that I cannot place an order since I never got the voucher. I spoke to Rayne, who said they had "technical difficulties" and will send me a voucher manually before the end of the day. Two days later I called again (16 minute call) with the answer that the problem was "escalated". I sent an email to customer care to have proof of my query, got a reply that I will get my voucher within 2 days. It's now 3 weeks after my query and I still don't have a voucher nor did I get any feedback on what's going on and I'm sure the deal is not longer valid since it already expired on 15 February. Groupon has my money, and I have nothing to show for it, except trying to get information from them almost every day with either no feedback or simply that "they are working on it". What's going on?!?!?! If they were aware of the technical problems, why didn't they address them a month ago when the deal ended? Unimpressed!
