No Refund = Groupon sued

I paid R345 for a voucher that promised a haircut and a full head of highlights at Voque hair salon. But when I phoned in to book my appointment I was told groupon had and I would have to pay a further R150 and only get a half head of highlights. I do not appreciate being to, it is against my rights as a consumer, and I am willing to take legal action against groupon as I have evidence of other instances where this is the case. I asked for a refund and was told that my refund had been approved, but in the very next sentence was told the exact opposite, that should refund be processesed I would be notified via email. I don't have time to play games anymore, I'm sick of you playing with people's money, you have a week to pay me and then you get sued, I'm not going to sit sending emails and calling. And once that week is up, my lawyer and I will begin to approach all the other "groupies" who are still awaiting refund, this will not go away easily!! Pay up!!
