What? i saw a response from Groupon that someone from Groupon contacted me and that the problem is been solved??? Am sure you spoke to the wrong person. Groupon never contacted me, I contacted them, and then they tell me that i can't get the Karmia Spa voucher anymore because there was a problem linking my payment to the deal.

Which really puzzles me because on my account it shows that the Karmia deal was not permitted and my payment was refused??? So you were advertising a deal that was not available or what? And how is that my problem that your system did not link my payment to the deal if i have paid the voucher and stated a reference number that was generated by your system?

On my Groupon acc shows that i have used 4 movie tickets, only 1 ticket was used the other 3 were declined by the machine.

I also want a refund on the 3movie tickets that are not working as well as a refund on the spa voucher i paid for SINCE Groupon can no longer give it to me. I DON'T WANT REPLACEMENT VOUCHERS I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

YOU SERVICE LEVEL NEED A REAL PUSH IN THE RIGHT DIRECTIONS.
