Groupon does not respond!!

I bought a Yoga package in December and paid in full for the 12 month deal. I paid immediately - 14th December. I never received an email or voucher. It is also did not reflected on my data or history so I sent an email. Got no reply. I then called them and the call centre promised to get it sorted out BUT nothing. No reply so I called again. I tried every day throughout the day as from the 19th of December after giving them a week to respond. I never got hold of them as I was always number 60 something in line. Then they closed for the holidays. On the 14th January I got a reply from them after I mailed THEM numurous times! BUT WAIT - only to tell me that the deal was OFF and they will arrange for a refund? I called the owner of the Yoga centre who confirmed that the deal is ON as she sold sufficient vouchers. So I started emailing them again! I don't want my money back, I want my voucher! If the deal is ON why am I after weeks of trying to get my voucher sorted out, receiving an email saying that the deal is not even happening? AND no reply.
And also nothing now about the refund 'I DON'T WANT'? I just want the voucher I paid for as the deal is ON. It is that simple really
