I bought a voucher on the 2nd April 2013 and I made the eft payment on the 3rd April 2013. The confirmation e-mail from Groupon was sent the same day (3 April 2013), which stated that a separate e-mail were to follow obtaining the voucher and further details regarding the voucher - but up until today that e-mail was never sent or received.

I sent previous e-mails for assistance and never got any response or feed back, I even tried contacting the offices of groupon to find out they are closed over weekends.

I am very disappointed and very upset because in the meantime it was my daughters birthday and we took her and friends to Bugz playpark and had to pay the full price at the gates because I never received the voucher and the staff could not just accept the confirmation e-mail from groupon, but needed the actual printed voucher with the reference numbers on.

I bought the Bugz playpark voucher especially because we wanted to save money but still wanted to surprise the kids and instead we ended up paying three times then what we should have and we still haven't received the voucher.

My reference No: GRPZAR534423 and the amount was R126.00.
