I have been contacting groupon over and over again with regards to a refund promised when one of their suppliers closed down with no notice and could not honour the vouchers.
At first i was quite understanding but it has now been over a month since I was promised a refund and I am now irate and the groupon staff are no help at all. That's if you can even get their attention.
