I purchased a voucher on the 2nd April for 2 x fondue sets.
The voucher stated that there was no need to arrange delivery as it would be done automatically.
On the 6th May i contacted Groupon support to enquire the whereabouts of my delivery.
I got a response saying that there were not enough purchases of the deal and therefore it was cancelled.
This was the first time i had heard about it.
Groupon received my payment and kept my funds and did not bother to let me know about the cancellation or even to try and refund me my money.
I responded to say they need to honour the deal or i expect a refund with the applicable interest a I am sure this is against the Consumer Protection Act.
I have still received no response however i did receive an email for me to rate their support service.
As you can gather it was a bad rating
Please can someone respond
