I purchased a deal for tyres on Groupon at the end of January this year. I realised afterwards that the specific tyres included in the deal would not fit my car. So I contacted Groupon on the 8th of February to ask them to refund me the money. I even asked that it be done urgently as I had Valentine's Day plans and needed the money back in my account. Their support person Janine replied that it would be dealt with. I heard nothing more from them until I phoned a couple weeks later and I was informed that Janine no longer works there. My request would be reassigned. I have yet to be paid back my money a month later. I have been asked for a GRPZAR number - I have no idea what this is and asked that it be explained to me, with no response. I am unhappy with how long this has taken to resolve, and that I have been left in the dark for most of the process.
