No response from Groupon about my Refund

Two weeks ago i filled for a refund from Groupon as my deal i had bought was no longer running.
I was assured that my money (R560.00) that i had paid towards the deal would take 3-5 days to reflect.
It has now been 14 days and i still have not received my refund. I have since sent 5 more emails to Groupon with regards to the issue and they have still not yet contacted me.
