NO Customer service - also avoid affordable tyres

As groupon does not respond to support requests, I will repeat the request I sent them here.

I recently purchased a groupon, for tyre balancing and rotation from affordable tyres
On the deal details it states that you have to make a reservation, however, upon phoning them, they said that it is not necessary and that they will be able to assist me when I get there, I left immediately after that, however upon arrival they said that someone else arrived, and I will have to wait till their car is done, -30min, as they have only one person to do the advertised task. I then asked whether I can make an appointment, as I cannot wait 30min for them to finish, and then another 40min for my car to get done, however they said they do not make appointments and that I will just have to try my luck. I believe this is unacceptable as they clearly state on the groupon that appointments are required, and I would not have bought the groupon if it was a case of trying my luck, as their premises is quite far from where I live or work.

Please refund the groupon to me, and correct the groupon, as this is clearly false advertising
