Request #707153 .I bought a deal in Dec 2011, and after the delivery time has passed I was
informed that there was no stock left. My account was subsequently credited
for the amount I paid in of R 598.00. (dispite requesting for it to be paid
into my account). I tried to purchase a groupon 5 days ago, and noted that the credit on my account
has disappreared? Surely this cannot be as it would constitute. After sending my grievience to groupon, my account was credited with R500. --->Firstly, the link to the support as per the mail takes one to a site that does not allow me to log in (dispite having the correctusername and password). Secondly, the monies was not paid back into my bank account as requested. Thirdly, the amount credited was R98 short??? Why?
