I haven't received my money back

According to groupon they have credited me back the amount of R1, 699.00 on the 5th of April 2013, needless to say that amount still havn't been paid back into my account.
The e-mail confirming that i've been credited doesn't mean a thing to me if i don't have the cash back into my bank account.
