After calling Groupon to find out if I can get a refund for a voucher i bought to the value of R1500 last October expiring in April 2013, they assured me I can get a full refund and would take 2-3 working days. I got an email from the first agent whom I lodged the request for refund with, on Monday 18 February, but after waiting a week and calling back, they notified me that it wasnt even processed yet! Thereafter have I heard nothing!

I submitted all relevant information and after 9days and numerous phones calls from me, not one person has gotten back to me or refunded my money. I still have no idea what is going on despite calling them 4times today and having the phone cut off on me once... Terrible service!!

The poor service and lack of compliance to THEIR OWN policy on time lines for refunds is beyond disappointing and I am extremely annoyed!!
