Hi, it is with great displeasure that I highlight the inability of Groupon accounts division to refund my cash for goods and services that they have not delivered. I have an email trail dating back to early January in which I requested refunds fr christmas goods that I did not receive. They informed me that their suppliers have let them down and would refund in full. this may be true but for such a reputable international company they have failed dismally to honour this.
I used to be a frequent loyal customer as I received excellent service from them about a year ago, but now I would think twice before purchasing anything.
