REFUND REQUEST IGNORED!!!

I bought a voucher on the 30th October 2013 and the very next day on the 31st October 2013 I requested a refund, I received an email from this Manoj Kumar guy who said they would be refunding me in credits and I emailed him back requesting a full cash refund as per their refund poicy with in 7 days on the GROUPON website, but to this day I have heard of gotton nothing from GROUPON.

Please lets spread the word about this sham of a company!! If I do not get a reply then i am definitely taking the legal route!!!

Disgusted at the service!!
