Request for Refund being ignored

Hi

I bought a groupon voucher, but my girlfriend bought the same one first, so I wanted a refund.
Their terms and conditions stated that you can get a refund within 7 days or purchase. I requested a refund 2 hours after I bought it.

I emailed their support straight away, they came back to me straight away asking to confirm that I want a refund.
I confirmed on 25th of April and the next response I got was please rate our service.
I'm still waiting on my refund, I tried calling their call centre, I was put in a queue, I wait till I'm next and then the call gets dropped. I've email again asking for my refund but I get no response from them.

This is pathetic, I want my refund ASAP!!
