PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY

Hello Groupon

I bought a deal from you on 11 January 2013 "A Case of 12 x 750ml Golden Bubbles Sparkling Wine, including delivery" for R540-00. It was never delivered and I haven't received word from you that the suppliers of this deal backed out.

This I had to find out by phoning your customer service on 13 February 2013 (after the email I sent on 11 February 2013 went unanswered). Then Kyle Clark and Naomi Siame sent me emails saying I will be refunded and that the amount is credited to my groupon account.

I kindly requested that the money be deposited into my banking account as I wish to spend it otherwise. Naomi Siame responded and said it is not a problem and requested my banking details and the reference number of the deal which I answered.

I send an email this morning, with still no reply, and your call centre is for some strange reason very busy...

TO DATE: I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK (the request and details were done 13 days ago, if the money was deposit to my account, I would've known by now) AND THE "CREDIT" TO MY ACCOUNT IS ALSO NOT SHOWING (I do understand that I can't get the credit if you give me the money, but you first have to give me back my money??)
