I understand that Groupon can not be responsible for non delivery or honouring the voucher by the Merchants however they are responsible for the poor performance of their refund agents.
I have requested 3 refunds in the past 2 weeks from vouchers which could not be honoured by the Merchants. 2 were refunded promptly however the 3rd I have been refunded the wrong amount for the wrong voucher. When I emailed back highlighting the mistake and including all the previous correspondence the email is ignored. When I phoned this morning I am told by Susanda that all team leaders, supervisors and managers are in a meeting. I am told to email my complaint to the same email address again or call back at 9:30. When I ask who I should speak to she refused to give me any name saying she did not know the peoples schedule and who will be available. This is not the way customers should be treated. Susanda was rude, abrupt and unhelpful
