On the 23 January 2013, I bought a voucher for the MSC cruises from Groupon. Through the telephonic conversation and the email that I sent to Groupon I then cancelled it few minutes after I bought; and that was before I could even redeeme it. I was told that the refund will be available in my bank account within 3 - 5 working days. After numerous telephone conversations and emails that I sent with different personnel at Groupon the tune changed wherein they indicated that the refund will now be made within 5 - 7 working days, of which the 7th day has lapsed on the 01 February. On the 04 February I checked on line to determine if my money has been deposited in the bank account and also went to the bank where they indicated that there is no money deposited on my bank account. Groupon requested me to send a copy of the bank statement which I did and it confirmed that there was no money received on my bank account of which they also confirmed that. On Monday the 04 February they indicated that they will send a query to Germany and that will take about 48 hours to resolve the matter, however up until today the matter has not yet been resolved.
