NO REFUNDING OF MONEY!!!

I have the same problem that I now see MANY dissatisfied customers are having, with regards to GROUPON not refunding my money!!!

I've had this issue ongoing since 13 November 2013. I've purchased a deal, and mistakenly made an EFT that was 99c short. Before being aware of my error, the deal had been refused with no explanation as to why. When calling into the call center, my proof of payment was requested, which I had mailed through. Up to this day, GROUPON STILL "haven't found a solution to my case"!!! WHAT? Either credit my GROUPON account; or refund my money!!!

I've sent numerous emails, expressing my anger and frustration, to which the response is standard, "Sorry for any trouble. Your request is being processed. If you have any questions let me know".???

I either want a similar deal (less the 99c, or me adding the 99c); or I want my money back!
How HARD can this possibly be???

What do we have to do to get OUR money back?
