In 2012 I purchased a Groupon for an offroad experience. Eventually when I tried to claim, I was told quite matter-of-fact-ly by the supplier that they do not accept vouchers and I must contact Groupon. I did so, and was refunded with credit (although I find out now that I was supposed to have an option of cash). I then purchased a new voucher with the credit (pillows and a massager), which also fell through. I was then told I could get a refund in cash or credit, and I stated I wanted cash. Claudia responded stating I had been credited. I stated this was unacceptable and requested that it be escalated, but instead Claudia appears to have ignored my request and simply closed the case. I expect my refund, in cash, in my account. It really does not matter to me if the system doesn't allow refunds on credit as Claudia puts it, I paid cash to begin with. I paid cash for this non-delivery and have no interest in purchasing additional failed vouchers.
