I lodged a complaint against a company (for gelish nails) that I bought vouchers from on Groupon. I was subsequently unhappy with the product I received and wanted the supplier to refund me. After numerous requests for the Spa to refund the extra vouchers I bought I contacted Groupon. Kaldwin answered my email in super quick time and credited my groupon account with no hassle.
