Groupon has gone from bad to worse

I bought a 4d scan voucher from Groupon, I sent proof of payment. I then waited for them to send me the voucher... took them 7 days of me calling them almost every day to tell me that I wont get the voucher anymore cause there was a problem with my transaction. Now its been almost two months now waiting for the refund. They keep telling me that they are waiting for my banking details and that they sent me emails to ask for my banking details and they didn't. I'm tired of calling them every day for the same thing.. First of all their service is very bad they tell you something today and the next day they tell you something else. I spoke to Marisha the "team leader" she is as useless as the people she manages. I just want my refund back. I'm tired of waiting
