For goodness sake people - I've been trying to get my groupons since November 2012 and you guys just keep giving me silly excuses/reasons/just plain bad service/no delivery on promises, but you do it so nicely that I keep coming back for more! You also got rid of your sharecall number so that you can shag the customer with more expensive calls., while shagging the customer by non-delivery!
Long story short - I bought 2 river-rafting groupons and sent proof of payment MANY TIMES since November!!
It was for 1x1person & 1x2person.. you issued me with 2 groupons for 1 person - FIX IT!
How difficult is that?!?
AND YOU Call me when its done because I must've already spent over R100 in phonecalls to Cape town and I need to redeem the friggin vouchers NOW!!
