STILL WAITING FOR REFUND

I purchaced a voucher via Groupon on the 22nd of February 2013. For some or the other reason the deal never went throught and i requested a refund. No one ever confirmed why the deal had to be cancelled, because they simply never EVER reply on an email and making a call to Groupon costs about R20 every time and i called about 20 times.

When i finally heard from them they requested my bank account details and that was about 3 weeks ago. Last week they told me the refund was done and the funds will be available yesterday (02/04/2013). Today 03/ 04/13 there are still no sign of MY money, and for the record its R1790.00 not small change at all.

Groupon are the most pathetic group of fools i have ever seen,
I will wait until the end of today and then they will have to deal with my laywer. this is just unaccepteble.
Its been more than a month almost two months and its just wrong, its and the will have to face the music.
