Right to Cancel Groupons not Upheld

I've been with Groupon for almost a year and have been very happy. Recently I needed to return two groupons, the first returns that I have made. The Groupon states at the bottom 'RIGHT TO RETURN within seven days'.I emailed for my returns, they were approved and almost a month later still no refund. I have now sent countless emails, with no reply. What is the problem and where is my right to customer service and my consumer's right to return goods! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED
