Slow to refund

I have requested refunds on these 2 groupons a number of times. You used to be good at refunds but now I find you are slow and unresponsive. There are many other websites offering the same deals as groupon and if you don't improve your customer service you will lose a lot of customers. We don't need you as much as you need our money.
Please refund me these groupons immediately.

1. Queensburgh Florist: Flower vouchers up to the value of R350 - R140
2. Square Time Caf? : a delicious 350g rump or chicken schnitzel with sauce, and a side of your choice - R259
