Poor Service From GROUPON Again

On the 28th of Jan 2013 I order a Micro PC for TV. Delivery was advertised as within 4 weeks. To date I have received nothing. A call to the call centre today led to one of Groupons standard responses. "It's the suppliers fault. They didn't deliver enough of the units and on subsequent delivery the units were short." It is my understanding that Groupon does not physically receive the goods they sell, so this is clearly a lie. I know of another person who bought the same 'deal' and has been given the run around by Groupon i.e. delivery dates that don't materialise, promises to get a call back that don't materialise.
I have purchased 4 deals thru Groupon and only one of those were hassle free. I have learned my lesson! It is now my mission to ensure nobody else gets caught in their trap!
