Could not redeem voucher, Groupon sais its claimed

I bought 2 ster kinekor vouchers on Groupon. When I printed them and went to the movies, I could only redeem 1 of it as the other had been claimed already according to Ster Kinekor's system. I was advised to take this up with Groupon. I sent them the email below:

On Saturday the 22nd of June, I decided to take my 5 year old daughter to the movies and utelize the 2 groupon vouchers that I purchased. I was only able to redeem the 1 voucher but the other 1 reflected that it had been claimed already. I then approached the staff of the ster kinekor who advise me after a long battle that I should contact Groupon. This caused much inconvenience and also making us late, missing 20 minutes from the start of the movie. I had to buy another ticket as i've already redeemed the 1 voucher. Not a pleasant experience especially when you have a 5 yer old kid looking forward to her movie.

voucher that I could redeem 0567212098502779

Groupons response: " voucher claimed according to the provider"

IIts extremely risky buying these vouchers. This deal was a mere R22.00 but imagine you bought something of greater value.
