16Jan purchased a product. Called & spoke 2Shameez on 17Jan 2find out if der are any furthers actions required. Shameez assured me dat the order was placed & I must allow for 4weeks delivery 4rm date of purchase. 11Feb spoke 2 Raen whom 2my surprise tells me the order has nt gone out & dis is now almost a month later. Raen had promised 2 escalate dis & speed up the process & 2 allow for 3days delivery. 18Feb I spoke 2 Kyle who promised 2do the same Raen promised so I asked 2 speak 2his manager, so Shouneez assured me I will hav the delivery on 20Feb & gave me her e-mail address & asked me 2 contact her if nt delivered. 20Feb COB I e-mail Shouneez requesting an answer & she didn't nt respond. 21.02.13 spoke 2Kyle & he says the order was sent out but I was nt available 2 collect the delivery, so I asked 2 speak 2 a manager and no manager on the floor so I get the most incompetent & rude woman on the line - Shantel Norman. She was rude and cut the call on me. I will now be contacting senior management and directors. This is disgusting from service. I want a this to be dealt with urgently.
