Purchased a Corioliss C3 iron from Groupon on the 26th Nov. As per the website & the delivery confirmation I received it states that: "Fine Print: Delivery for this product will occur within 2 weeks." I called in & spoke to the call centre last Fri to follow up on my order only to be told that delivery within the 2 week period will not happen, gross misleading if you ask me on the initial deal! I had then spoken to Lindo Ngubelanga who promised to escalate this for me & since not called me back. Called Groupon yesterday & spoke to Nazley Bastra, only to get another story, there is a delay & a logistics issue, that's about it! I will be travelling, hence why I purchased this product as I had expected delivery before I went on holiday. The no of times I have been asked to accept a refund is shocking. Is this how Groupon does business & is this how they value their clients. Today is exactly 2 weeks, I want my product!!! Groupon has added to unnecessary stress that I don't need. To the CEO, Wayne Gosling, this is a reflection of your poor management skills, running an operation that is immoral. I do think this is a matter for Advertising Standards Authority & the Consumer Council.
