Two months and still no delivery

I am very disappointed with the service received from Groupon SA. I ordered goods on the 5th of December and 2 months later I am still waiting on delivery. I have spoken to the following in the call centre:
14/01/2013 spoke to Cheryl Nhlumayo
28/01/2013 spoke to Ronelle Abrahams
31/01/2013 spoke to Chantal Norman
All the above consultants promised to follow up with the suppliers and get back to me personally regarding delivery. I have never had any feedback from any of them at all and each time I've had to call all over again, be kept on hold, speak to a different person and have to explain my case all over again which is extremely frustrating. I don't understand why it should take so long to track goods that were ordered. Chantal Norman, whom I spoke to last promised that she was sending an urgent message to the logistics manager Charlene Williams who was going to get back to me personally and I still have not heard from anyone. This is very bad service and I hope I will get a response soon as this is unnacceptable!!
