No refund as promised!

So after my previous complaint I logged about Groupon they said they would refund me. This was promised to me by Kaldwin via email on the 13/02/2013. He said to allow 3-5 working days for the funds to reflect in my account. Well according to my calculations it has now been more than 5 working days and still no refund?! I followed the instructions in the email, "Please do not reply to this e-mail as this will result in your EFT not being processed successfully." so as far as I'm concerned there is no excuse for it not reflecting.

Please don't try to feed me some BS about the bank, if the refund was done timorously as promised by Kaldwin then the funds should take no longer than 3 working days to reflect especially since I paid it to your standard bank account from my own standard bank account. Don't even bother replying, just give me my refund.
