NO GOODS / NO REFUND

I bought a Viscopedic Memory foam Overlay deal on the 27th of July - which was to be delivered within a week of purchase. I made numerous calls which cost me 100s of rands as they NEVER get back to you! By the 30th of Aug I spoke to Raen Germishuys Honey & wanted to cancel the deal, she promised however that she would see that the goods be delivered on the Monday 2d Sept. Needless to say, it never was! On the same day at 16:20 I phoned, and was put on hold until for ever. I then cancelled the deal finally via e-mail. Eventually I received an e-mail on the 9th from Natasha Mars, confirming the cancellation but NO REFUND, instead a credit with Groupon for R1 695 which I have to use within 12months or risk the chance to loose it. I'm not financially able to let R1 695 just around and perhaps be forced to spend it on things I do not need but pushed to buy or loose my money! The deal did come with a money back guarantee specified to me by Raen Germishuys Honey. I have send an e-mail back on the 9th asking for a refund into my bank account, but still no reply from Groupon.
