Utterly disgusted

I complained last week about the 3d paintable wall and i was told i will receive my product in four weeks time, when i called again today i was told that they have no stock and they will just refund my money back. No one corresponds with one once you have laid a complaint. I have paid my money to buy something and I have to beg for what i have paid for. It looks like giving me a refund is more important to them than making sure that i receive my product as promised by them on several occassions. I am utterly disgusted.
