3D paintable walls

I have been utterly disappointed by Groupon! I ordered and PAID FOR (R1790) two 3D paintable walls on the 19th October 2012 and to this date I have not received them! When I ordered them, they (Groupon) informed me that the walls will be installed within 6 weeks after purchase but that never happened. I called them early December 2012 and they informed me that they could not trace the order and they never got back to me! I then followed up with them in January 2013 and they apologised for the delay and informed me that I will have the order in 2 weeks. I never heard from them again since! I called them today and was told that they have to re-order the product and i will receive it in 4 weeks time! I cannot fathom why they are giving me such terrible service, as I paid them a long time ago! Why I have to re-order I don't know... At this point I'm just defeated and wish I never bought into their highly attractive advertising!
