SELLING WHEN OUT OF STOCK

I purchased an icecream maker from groupon because the offer was good, then after a month I didn;t receive it and I called and they said we had delays wait 7 days- ok fine I will wait 7 days... then I call a week later today- they say wait another 7 days... I asked to be put to a supervisor call drops... i call again WE ARE OUT OF STOCK, we dont have an opion on our website that says we have run out... we are sold out- groupon allows you to buy even though they dont have the product... utterly disgusted by groupon, I missed out on other sales because of this
