I bought my voucher on the 20 th of December 2012, I understood the festive period and "assumed" I will receive my Binoculars four weeks into the NEW YEAR, this is now the 19 th of February 2013, 8 weeks from the beginning of this year excluding December, I am being told this week delivery and so on,
I called on the 22 nd of January 2013, spoke to Lindo@16h08 and was told I will receive either this week or early in the week of the 28 th,
I then called again on the 30 th of January seeing that nothing has been delivered, spoke to Kelly@11h47 and was told I will receive this week,
I called 6 th of February and spoke to Jayneen @ 15h54 and was told that you do not have stock and that she will get the stock department who was currently in a meeting when I called to call me back and advise when I will receive my ordered product, I did not receive a call as promised by Jayneen,
With all of the above I have been through, I am not a happy Groupon customer, I always support your specials but this is very very poor service from your end, I have been stringed along by your consultants that I will receive my ordered product.
