No delivery, No refund. Empty promises

Following complaint (https:///groupon-sa/complaints/no-refund-or-compensation-given-1010949).

I still did NOT receive my refund, wich was promised to be done within 3 days on the 4th of Feb.

Also the credit they promised to give me after this ordeal (12 weeks and counting) has not been added to my account.
