I have been trying to get a refund for a spa voucher purchased through Groupon in NOVEMBER. I finally got an e-mail from them saying that I would receive a refund when i found out ANOTHER spa for which i had a voucher also closed down. Groupon has also promised me a refund for this one.
I have not received either the refund yet. It has been more than a week since they promised the first one.
