Waiting Delivery of Three-Piece Luxury Egyptian Co

Ordered the above in mid december still waiting for delivery. sent a mail in jan after 1 month - they replied and said will take awhile but they will contact the suppliers and get back to me. 2 months have past now and still no word. i have sent them another mail asking what the details for delivery and have not received any feedback. this was 1 week ago. on the groupon site it says uses the security code and chk on the courier site, but the courier site is never working. it this product is never going to be delivered, it would like my money back, considering this was such an expensive product.
