Still no delivery of laptop and printer purchased

Amazingly I still have not yet received EVEN an estimated time of arrival for the laptop and printer that I purchased on 24 December (with a 3 - 4 week delivery promise). I have sent countless mails, have called a number of times and I always get the promised "I'll get back to you" which they HAVE NOT. I don't think I have ever seen such pathetic customer service - they simply ignore mails sent, don't feedback and just don't appear to care.
