Following my complaint (https:///customer-zone/give-feedback? id=1002457) of my product not being delivered more than 2 months later groupon replied with the same automated response that they always do, and will on this complaint too.

The email they refered to stated that they contacted the supplier and they are out of stock - I got this reply more than a month ago on a support call aswell - How is it possible for an item that they have "limited quantities" of to be out of stock, never mind out of stock for more than 6weeks?!?
Groupon promised to reverse the credit card payment and that it will be done within 3 days - well its a week later and still no refund.
Also, just a simple refund is not enough as they had my money for more than 2 months, thus I want interest or compensation or something.
I don't care if groupon was the middleman or not, I payed groupon and they delt with the supplier - as soon as they noticed the supplier is unable to deliver they should have contacted us and asked if we would like a refund or wait, thus groupon is completely responsible.
