I purchased a Groupon voucher in April this year. Unfortunately the company where i was meant to go had closed down. I emailed Groupon to tell them and also ask for a refund. I emailed about a month ago. I was eventually told on the 19th of November that a full refund was on its way into my account and would take 7 - 10 working days. As of today I still have no refund and I have tried about 10 times to contact Groupon for a follow up but no response except to say that a "docket" has been opened. which is the exact same email i got a month ago. I am actually quite disgusted with the lack of service and follow up from Groupon and i wont use them again to purchase anything nor will i recommend them.
