Disappointed at the service received

I would like to express my dissatisfaction in a product I purchased via Groupon. I purchased a meal voucher for 6 people at the Bowl restaurant which had been a 3 course meal. I contacted the merchant and made the reservations, however when I got there it took them 15 minutes to assist and get us seated and let me add, they were not busy. Once that was done it took another 20 minutes before we got a waiter to order our drinks, then another 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive. The evening honestly was poor, the starters were bland the presentation was poor. Whilst I understand they had 2 waiters on shift, that is not my problem. To top things off, we saw a cockroach walking across the floor, which was really embarrassing.
What really infuriates me is the fact I purchased the voucher on Groupon for my birthday expecting to enjoy the evening and was very disappointed and embarrassed. I would've thought that Groupon advertises restaurants that would increase their popularity, to boost their sales and most importantly to maintain their brand, however sad to say this definitely affected my perception of Groupon and your credibility is definitely questioned Disappointed
